This is the solid brass air damped gimbaled box compass displayed in a hardwood case. This Compass is a beautiful
reproduction of an antique brass German compass in a handsome brass-inlayed hardwood box. The 6-inch (15 cm)
compass is fully gimbaled with a solid brass gimbals set. , And the case measures 8 inches (20 cm) square and 5 ¾ inches
(16 cm) tall. The compass is available with liquid-damped compass card. It has a solid brass enclosure and are fully
gasketed. And is a beautiful addition to a nautical collection or executive’s desk. The front of the felt-lined hardwood case
has a brass slide clasp and the box’s corners are inlayed with solid brass splines.
